On March 9-15, 2021 the second module of “Entrepreneurship for Youth” Spring School training was held within the framework of EU “ERASMUS + SMART. Fostering University-Enterprise Cooperation and Entrepreneurship of Students via Smart Caffes (SMART)” project, conducted by Kanakara Hayrapetyan – Specialist at the Quality Assurance Department and Siranuysh Mkrtchyan – Specialist at Foreign Relations and Media Department.

The module included four topics;

  • Creative problem solutions
  • Time management and planning
  • Communication and conflict management
  • Risk management

Four video-lessons were conducted on each topic within the framework of the module.

Online meetings were also organized, during which the participants took tests developing creative thinking and solved interesting problems. Based on the knowledge and skills gained from the course, each participant tried to plan and manage his / her activity time individually. During the online discussions, the participants highlighted the role of proper communication in conflict management, identifying the forms of verbal-non-verbal communication as important components of the effectiveness of interpersonal relationships.
