Gavar State University Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Nelly Kutuzyan, Head of the Accounting Department Hakob Ghuloyan, Lecturer of the same department, GSU Chief Accountant Gurgen Muradyan, Head of the GSU Foreign Relations and Media Department Lilit Torchyan participated in the workshop of the European Union ‹‹Erasmus+T-Green. Transforming Postgraduate Education for a Green and Sustainable Future›› project at the Catholic University of Porto, Portugal, dedicated to the discussion of the results of the implementation of master’s programs.
Delegates from the partner European universities of the project – Portugal, Poland, Greece, Lithuania – presented the legal regulations of joint, double and multiple master’s programs implemented in their countries.
The employees of Armenian universities presented the master’s programs developed and piloted within the framework of the EU program, as well as the reprofiled courses that are included in the related master’s educational programs and include topics related to “green education”.
The main objectives of the “Green Economy and Sustainable Development” master’s educational program of Gavar State University, as well as the “Project Management”, “Philosophy of Economics”, “Trends in Manufacturing Business Development”, “Logistics”, “Corporate Financial Management”, “Financial Management”, “Financial Analysis”, “Investment Project Evaluation” courses, reprofiled within the framework of the “Erasmus+T-Green” program, and other achievements in the program were presented by Lilit Torchyan, Head of the Foreign Relations and Media Department of GSU.
During the workshop, representatives of Armenian universities discussed issues related to the further implementation of joint master’s programs. GSU representatives actively participated in the discussions, making important observations and suggestions.
